On Call is advice and answers. Building is part of the AI Once-Over and the $2,500 retainer, and two months of On Call fees count toward the Once-Over if you move up.

Chat messages get an answer by the next business day. Your 1:1 is scheduled once a month at a time that works for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It runs month to month, and you can cancel any time from your billing page.
