Terms of service.

Plain language: both plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. AI Search is a three-month program with a guarantee explained in the fine print at the bottom.
Who we are.
Austin AI Guy is an Austin, Texas-based AI consulting practice and part of the AI Guy Network. Contact for everything: hello@austinaiguy.com.
The plans.
- On Call · $97 a month: the Austin AI Club library of playbooks, how-tos and ranked tool lists, live webinars every month, a monthly one-on-one session, 24/7 access to the member chat with answers from your AI guy within one business day, and an onboarding call.
- Build-Along · $997 a month: everything in On Call, plus a 60-minute working session every week, phone calls during business hours, build-along strategy sessions, and an AI Opportunity Map in the first month. Limited to 10 businesses at a time.
- AI Search · $3,500 a month: a three-month, done-for-you program to get your business named in AI answers, with a monthly AI Visibility Report. After month three it continues month to month. Build-Along members get the setup fee waived. Backed by the AI Search guarantee in the fine print.
Billing and cancelling.
- On Call and Build-Along: billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime from your billing page, and your access runs to the end of the month you paid for. Months already billed are not refunded. Switch plans by asking your AI guy, effective at your next billing date.
- AI Search: the three-month commitment applies, then cancel with 30 days’ notice. The guarantee in the fine print applies.
Your data and accounts.
Everything we build runs on your accounts and belongs to you. What you share with us, including your tools, your numbers, your vendors and your plans, stays confidential. We quote an engagement publicly only with your written consent. Case studies on this site are anonymized or used with permission.
Our commitments.
- We take no vendor commissions or kickbacks for tool recommendations.
- We keep your data out of external model training.
- We keep your contact information private and never sell or rent it.
Liability.
You decide what gets implemented in your business. If something we built with you stops working as delivered, we fix it during your membership.
Changes.
If we change these terms, we’ll email anyone with an active engagement at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Fine print · the AI Search guarantee
What we track. In month one we agree with you on 12 buyer questions: the searches your customers type or ask when looking for a business like yours. Each month we run all 12 in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Google’s AI answers and record whether your business is named. Every result is in your monthly report.
The guarantee. By the end of month three, your business is named in AI answers for at least 3 of the 12 tracked questions, in at least one of those tools. If it isn’t, we keep working at no charge, month by month, until it is. The three-month commitment still applies.
What it needs from you. Access to your website and Google Business Profile, approval of content within a week of receiving it, and a list of customers we can ask for reviews. The guarantee covers being named in AI answers. The customers and revenue that follow depend on your business.
