What does 24/7 chat access mean?+
The member chat is open around the clock, so you can post a question whenever it comes up. Your AI guy answers within one business day, and the library is there any time.
Is our data safe?+
Everything we build runs on your accounts, under your control. Your onboarding call sets the rules for what never gets pasted into AI tools.
Can I cancel or switch plans?+
Yes. Both plans renew monthly, and you can cancel from your billing page. To switch plans, tell your AI guy and we'll change it at your next billing date.
